Booking Conditions  1. The area designated for the party/presentation shall be of a sufficient size (minimum 9 square metres) and be safe for children and animals. In particular the flooring should not be slippery. 2. No domestic pets or other animals to be anywhere near the party/presentation area. 3. Aussie Farm 4 Kids retains the right to refuse any child (or children) to handle any animal if the child (or children) is conducting themselves in such a way that is considered by Aussie Farm 4 Kids staff to be potentially harmful to any animal. 4. All children are to be kept away from all the animals whilst whilst Aussie Farm 4 Kids setup and dismantle the animal enclosure. 5. Whilst every endeavour will be made by Aussie Farm 4 Kids to prevent any injury,allergic reaction or damage to property, the customer acknowledges that animals are living creatures and all living creatures can sometimes behave unpredictably and without warning. Once the booking is made the customer agrees not to hold Aussie Farm 4 Kids or any of its staff liable for any acts or omissions which lead to any type of property damage or personal injury sustained to any person in attendance at the party or presentation.
